How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping provider’s website.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@scaenacollective.com. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Scaena Collective pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
- Please note all shipping fees are non-refundable.
